 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've been a customer since August. The  heavy rains had is here in Vallarta over the weekend had us worried about our unit. However, it was with great relief to know there was no damage. The site has excellent drainage. In addition, the staff are excellent and try their best to speak clearly and slowly.
